The plan extends Eldeco Group’s presence in the Greater Noida market, where it already has residential projects. The new development is referred to as Eldeco Greater Noida West on this site. It is distinct from Eldeco La Vida Bella, the group’s separate project in Sector 12.

Greater Noida West and regional links
Greater Noida West, formerly known as Noida Extension, is a sub-city within Greater Noida in Gautam Buddha Nagar district. The broader locality covers nearly 3,635 hectares and lies around four to five kilometres from Noida’s Sector 121. Greater Noida Expressway access and the wider Noida–Greater Noida urban network form part of the area’s connectivity context.

Noida International Airport was inaugurated on 28 March 2026. Commercial operations were confirmed for 15 June 2026, with Phase 1 designed for capacity of 12 million passengers per annum and expansion planned to 70 million by 2040.
