Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited held its 41st Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026, where shareholders approved a final dividend of ₹9 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, representing a 450% return on the face value of ₹2 per share.
Strong Performance in FY26
The dividend approval reflects robust operational performance in the completed fiscal year. Consolidated booking value reached an all-time high of ₹743.9 crore in FY26, up 120% year-on-year. Profit after tax rose 13% to ₹24.3 crore, supported by a 22.3% increase in total income. Collections grew 39% to ₹352.1 crore, with average realization improving to ₹6,909 per square foot.
Record Date and Payment
The record date for determining shareholder entitlement has been set at Wednesday, September 16, 2026. If approved at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid to members within 30 days, subject to deduction of tax at source.
