Eldeco Imperia Avenue Launch Bolsters Q1 FY27 Performance
Eldeco Imperia Avenue contributed to new project launches that drove the company's Q1 FY27 sales, with bookings worth Rs 105.7 crore recorded for 1.26 lakh sq ft. The commercial project in Lucknow North became one of the standout drivers in the company's quarterly operational metrics, released on 12 August 2026.
Financial Impact of New Launches
Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped 382% to Rs 15.1 crore, while EBITDA grew 243% to Rs 18.7 crore. Total income rose to Rs 50.3 crore, a 63% increase. The company's collections performance also strengthened significantly. Collections reached Rs 131.2 crore, up 68%, while construction spending increased by 47.2% to Rs 57.8 crore.
The third tower (Faith) at Eldeco Trinity, alongside Eldeco Imperia Avenue, drove the quarter's new project launches. The company delivered 52 homes during the quarter.
Strategic Expansion in Lucknow
Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd, incorporated in 1985, develops real estate properties for residential, commercial and retail purposes. The developer has increasingly focused on Lucknow as a key market. The company acquired over 50 acres in Lucknow and aggregated another 15 acres, with a pipeline of 3.4 million sq ft expected to launch largely within FY27, subject to regulatory approvals.
The company serves homebuyers and investors primarily in North Indian markets, leveraging its regional presence in cities such as Lucknow and Faridabad. The group's long operational history and multi-city footprint position it as an established player in North India's real estate sector, particularly in Lucknow where it maintains extensive portfolio presence.
Outlook and Future Pipeline
Management guidance suggests a pivotal year for sales and presales from FY28 onwards, with significant land bank secured and a large pipeline slated for launch positioning Eldeco for accelerated growth. The company's focus on execution and efficient revenue recognition, with Imperia Phase 2 contributing approximately 85% of Q1 revenue and approximately 60% gross margins, could drive future shareholder value.
