Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties, a real estate developer based in Haryana, has secured SEBI's approval to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO) on January 30, 2026. In regulatory terms, SEBI's observation is equivalent to clearance for launching a public issue.
Offer Structure and Use of Proceeds
The proposed public issue comprises a mix of fresh issues of shares worth Rs 800 crore and an offer for sale up to Rs 200 crore by promoters. Proceeds from the fresh issue worth Rs 600 crore will be used for repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by Eldeco Infracon Realtors, a subsidiary of the company, with the remaining funds utilised for general corporate purposes.
IIFL Capital Services and JM Financial are the book running lead managers to the issue. The offer will list on both BSE and NSE.
Filing Timeline
The company had filed its preliminary IPO papers with SEBI between September and October 2025, obtaining the regulator's observations between January 28 and 30.
