Eldeco Solano Gardens, launched in Q4 FY26, generated booking value of ₹384.5 crore from 5.11 lakh sq. ft. sold, with 343 out of 433 units booked. The new township on New Jail Road emerged as a significant driver of the developer's record annual performance.
Full-Year Performance and Market Backdrop
Eldeco Housing achieved its highest-ever annual booking value of ₹743.9 crore, a surge of 120.4% compared to the previous year. The Solano Gardens launch alone accounted for more than half of that figure, signaling strong market reception for the new villa and plotted township format in Lucknow's emerging residential corridors.
The company reported a 13% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹24.3 crore for FY26, supported by record sales bookings and robust operational performance.

Eldeco Solano Gardens is a residential township located on New Jail Road, Lucknow. Spread across approximately 52 acres of low-density development, this gated community blends Mediterranean architecture, landscaped greens, and thoughtfully planned streets to create a serene neighbourhood.
The project offers thoughtfully planned independent luxury villas, with controlled construction, wide internal roads, and landscaped green zones unlike ordinary plotting developments. Villas are offered on 1378 and 1744 sq.ft. plots with 2000+ sq.ft. built-up area.
