Eldeco Solano Gardens Receives RERA Approval in Lucknow

Eldeco Solano Gardens received UP RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ416310/01/2026 on 6 January 2026, marking formal regulatory approval for the villa and plotted township development on New Jail Road in the Mohanlalganj tehsil of Lucknow.

The project spans 52.03 acres and offers around 449 units. Possession is expected in July 2030, with a proposed construction period of 57 months from November 2025.

Project Scope and Design

The township is designed as a low-density gated community with Mediterranean architecture, landscaped greens, and thoughtfully planned streets. Premium villa plots range from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet, catering to different space and lifestyle preferences.
