Terra Grande Scales Luxury Second-Home Portfolio Across Mountain Destinations
Terra Grande by Eldeco, the luxury experiential real estate brand focused on curated second-home communities, announced on 5 June 2026 its expansion across Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand following the complete sell-out of Phase I of its flagship project in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.

Phase I of Terra Grande's Sirmaur development, comprising 39 luxury villas across 16 acres of a larger 29-acre project, has witnessed a complete sell-out. The villas were priced between INR 8 crore and INR 10 crore.
Alongside its ongoing developments in Sirmaur (29 acres) and Narendra Nagar near Rishikesh (12.5 acres), Terra Grande plans to launch three new projects comprising a 2.5-acre luxury development in Kalth, Solan, an 8.5-acre wellness-focused villa community near Rishikesh, and a new 12-acre luxury second-home project in Sirmaur. Collectively, these five projects span approximately 61.5 acres and will comprise more than 100+ luxury residences.
